Working with Helen was one of the best decisions I have ever made in advancing my career in athletics. She really opened my
eyes to things I had no idea that I needed. Helen helped me identify and strengthened my weaknesses. As a first year head coach at a small college trying to re-energize a program, I didn't realize all the things that I needed to know. Having Helen guide me through everything really set me up for success. Without her I would not have been as prepared as I am right now to run a program.
